Greenie is a Realtor at Real Estate One and the founder of Michigan Chinese Founders, a networking group that helps Chinese entrepreneurs connect and support one another. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Andrew Folkler
Andrew is a full-time writer and digital marketing strategist who supports small and medium businesses and authors, and he is the guest author of Warning! Children Are Not Weapons. After more than 12 years in Jackson and his time in the Jackson BNI chapter, he has built strong relationships with local trades.
At Lotus Dragon, Andrew leads resident communications and maintenance coordination. Those local relationships let us respond quickly, set clear expectations, and keep you updated until a job is done.
From your first application to your annual check-in, the experience stays simple, documented, and respectful of your time.
We prioritize the essentials first. Heat, water, and electric come before anything else, and we fix to code. For non-emergencies, you can count on a reply within one business day.
