1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

  • Using the Site does not create a landlord–tenant, agency, or professional relationship.

3) No Housing Offer / Availability

  • Listings, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
  • Approval depends on our published screening criteria and a signed lease.

4) Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in forms and messages.
  • Use the Site lawfully; do not submit spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt service.

5) Third-Party Services

We may link to or embed third-party tools (e.g., application/screening portals, scheduling, payment, analytics, map embeds). Their content and policies are their own; review their terms and privacy before using them.

6) Intellectual Property

  • The Site (text, design, photos, logo) is owned by Lotus Dragon or licensed to us.
  • You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Do not copy, republish, or redistribute Site content without written permission.

7) Fair Housing & Accessibility

We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and apply policies uniformly using objective screening criteria. 11) Limitation of Liability

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Dragon from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

15) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement for Site use.
