Founders

Greenie Gai

Realtor at Real Estate One and founder of Michigan Chinese Founders, a networking group that helps Chinese entrepreneurs connect and support one another. Greenie holds a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. At Lotus Dragon, Greenie leads finance and compliance, ensuring transparent policies, predictable costs, and prudent reinvestment in each home.

Andrew Folkler

Andrew is a full-time writer and digital marketing strategist who supports small and medium businesses and authors. He is the guest author of Warning! Children Are Not Weapons. After more than 12 years in Jackson, Andrew has built strong relationships with local trades through his time in the Jackson BNI chapter, helping Lotus Dragon respond quickly and keep homes in good working order. Andrew leads resident communications and maintenance coordination, with an emphasis on clear expectations and timely updates.
