Criteria and documentation requirements are published on our Apply page. We never ask for sensitive data (e.g., SSN) through our website forms.

We welcome reasonable accommodation (policy/practice change) and reasonable modification (physical change) requests. We evaluate them promptly and in good faith and provide written responses.

We avoid statements that express preference/limitation for any protected class.
We display the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and post the HUD Fair Housing poster at leasing/showing locations.
Inspections & compliance
We comply with City of Jackson rental requirements and inspections.
For voucher holders, properties must pass the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) inspection process.
